Update-COVID-19

First and foremost, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your loved ones during this time. We are closely monitoring the situation at hand and are following guidance from local public health officials, and government agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization. We continue to monitor this situation closely and wanted to take a moment to summarize some of the things we are doing to keep you connected and safe.

Instructions for our Patients

>> New Patient/Establish Patient Appointments
We do not want to delay your fertility journey and will be scheduling your appointment via our telemedicine services. We have staff who are working remotely and doing our best to meet your needs. Our staff are rescheduling appointments as quickly as possible.

>> Appointments that Require In Person Office Visits
At this current moment, we are suspending all non-urgent services and procedures to minimize in person contact. We are hopeful to regain these services after April 6th.  We will continue to monitor our current landscape and will provide you with updates.

>> Patients Currently in Treatment
For patients who are currently in a cycle, we will commence treatment after regulatory officials deem it safe.  .

>> Future Treatment Cycles
As soon as our regulatory officials in conjunction with the American Society of Reproductive Medicine deems it safe to start treatment cycles, we will continue with the planned treatment.  Our offices and our laboratory are fully operational to commence treatment cycles.

>> Good Office Hygiene
We know it’s important for you to feel comfortable in our offices to get the services you need, so we have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitization efforts in our clinics. We are dedicated to keep you and our staff’s safety at all times. We will continue this routine until the foreseeable future.

>> COVID-19 Questionnaire
As per the current recommendations from government officials, we are asking all patients that answer yes to any of the following questions not to come to the office, but to please call so we may triage and assist you appropriately. We are asking this of all patients, as it is our priority to keep all patients, staff members and the community safe and healthy.

• Have you been in close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19?
• Have you or someone you have been in contact with traveled abroad and/or domestic within the last 30 days that has tested positive for COVID-19?
• Do you have flu-like symptoms? Including fever (greater than 100.4 F), cough, shortness of breath or any respiratory issues?
